Production Capacity & Materials
Our facility runs around the clock, five days a week, with skilled technicians and operators on presses from 35 to 310 tons. We process a broad range of resins including acetals, nylons, polyolefins, TPE, urethanes, and high-performance glass-filled materials. Advanced CNC and robotic automation support precision and repeatability across every run.
Production volumes scale from short runs to millions of parts annually. We support blanket orders, Kanban releases, and New England Molding’s Inventory Bank stocking program for customers who need consistent supply without holding excess inventory.
