Step 1
Contact us. Tell us your situation no commitment required.
Step 2
Ship your mold to our Concord, NH facility. We conduct a full inspection and document condition on arrival.
Step 3
Mold qualification trial shots, dimensional verification, process parameter establishment.
Step 4
IQ/OQ/PQ validation and sample submission for your approval before production begins.
Step 5
Full production. Ongoing preventive maintenance and ERP-based scheduling from there forward.
