Your Mold. Our Shop. No Middleman.

When your mold is designed, built, maintained, and repaired by the same team running your production, everything works better. No miscommunication between a mold shop and a molding shop. No delays. No excuses. At New England Molding, tooling is in-house.

Tooling Capabilities

Custom mold design for single and multi-cavity configurations.

In-house mold construction primarily built overseas for cost-effectiveness, with domestic options available when requirements call for it.

Mold repair and modification in our on-site machine shop.

Automated preventive maintenance scheduling through our ERP system.

IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP validation prior to production.

Retained sample storage for all validated programs.

Note on SLA / 3D Printing

Our SLA capabilities are used internally to support engineering and tooling development. We do not offer standalone prototyping services. If you need a prototype before tooling, we can connect you with trusted local resources for prototyping and CAD design.

Getting Started With Tooling

We need just one of the following:

Mold Maintenance & Longevity

Preventive maintenance is scheduled automatically through our ERP system, so your mold never reaches a critical failure point unexpectedly. Our in-house machine shop handles repairs and modifications fast no sending work outside, no waiting on a third party.

Mold Ownership

Your mold is your asset. New England Molding manages, maintains, and runs your tool — but ownership always remains with you.
