Note on SLA / 3D Printing

Our SLA capabilities are used internally to support engineering and tooling development. We do not offer standalone prototyping services. If you need a prototype before tooling, we can connect you with trusted local resources for prototyping and CAD design.

Getting Started With Tooling

We need just one of the following:
  • A physical part sample — we can reverse-engineer any plastic component.
  • An existing mold — ship it to us and we take it from there.
  • Mold specifications and process information.
  • A CAD file or engineering drawing for parts needing a new tool built.

Mold Maintenance & Longevity

Preventive maintenance is scheduled automatically through our ERP system, so your mold never reaches a critical failure point unexpectedly. Our in-house machine shop handles repairs and modifications fast no sending work outside, no waiting on a third party.
